The Sun and The Son

Just a little bit of science info for ya, for those that didn't know, like myself, until today, the sun is the heaviest of all the stars. We all know that the earth, and all of the other planets revolve around the sun, but did you know that the sun is the heaviest of all the planets and stars?

It made me start thinking about the One True Son, Jesus, of course.
And how so intricately He made the whole world... for everything to hang there out in space "just so", at just the right distance.
But also the analogy is SO great of how the earth revolves around the sun, we also are to revolve around Him, the Son.

And then today, when I read about the sun being so heavy, it made me think about how much weight the Son carries. He carries our burdens, He carries our needs, He carries our everything...

But also when we go to Him for something, we should be thinking of just how much weight He bears. Meaning, He holds a lot of weight in our lives, or at least He should. He should be the center of our universe. He should be the ONE we go to when things go wrong, we should be constantly revolving around Him, instead of asking the question, "what about me?"

Because after all, He carried the most weight when he carried the cross and died for us, John 3:16, "For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten SON that whoever believeth in Him should not perish but have everlasting life."
